This week was the first week that I photographed something outside of my thesis project. I actually had been feeling really burnt out on my project. Most likely because I had shot 9 photos for two classes last week. So this week I set it down for a bit and started to explore more with my series Night Terrors. This series looks at irrational fears from childhood that may or may not linger into adulthood.

The shot this week is titled They Just Want a Little Piece of You and is a look at a the fear of the dark. I have always had a fear of the dark. The idea of not what is lurking and what could be waiting for you is what inspired this shot. Watch out for what is waiting in the dark room as you walk past, you never know what might want a little piece of you.
