Beautifully Mundane
In a world where every photograph competes to be the next biggest, shiniest, most eye catching image, I wanted to focus on the quieter more subtle moments. Magic moments that otherwise would have been considered mundane. Using only my Canon 5D mark IV and a 50mm lens is the only stipulation I put on myself. And I use light, color, leading line, and selective focus to remind the viewer to slow down and look at the world around them. This project started as a 365 day photo project, but has grown into a celebration of the mundane.
